Good morning! Made a SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE BOWL for breakfast for the first time ~ it turns out yummy and nutritious 👍🤩 and.. it’s fun!
How to do:
1. The night before > Frozen banana chunks , frozen mango chunks
2. Blend these > frozen banana, frozen mango, avocado, dates, soy milk (just rmb the main is the mango then add whatever you like 😊)
3. Topping > blueberries, chia seeds, dates (I just put whatever I have , be creative!)
